IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The online store will remain open until Friday, December 19th, inclusive. Orders placed by then will be prepared and shipped.

Afterward, Bijoux Carmelle will take a few days of vacation before returning on January 6th. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy

- Your package is sent from Montreal by Canada Post services, no refund will be made in the event of delay because we are not responsible for postal delays.

- For international customers, we are not responsible for additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery of the package, please inform yourself in advance.

Refund and Return Policy

- In case of damaged goods, please send us a photo via chat upon receipt of the item. We will be happy to resend an item or refund your order.

- In case of returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, otherwise it will not be refundable or exchangeable. You have 5 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
